The removal of an existing surface in order to prepare soil for installation of pavers is usually necessary. Prior to scheduling excavations all utility companies will line or flag the excavation site to determine all major underground wiring. A certified excavator will then remove existing surface in its entirety in anticipation of a new paver installation.
